Mr. Merriman is Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Pennsylvania Trust.  Mr. Merriman has over 38 years of trust and investment management experience having begun his investment career at Girard Bank (now Bank of NY Mellon) in 1973. While at Girard, Mr. Merriman was Vice President and responsible for managing many of its largest accounts. He next served in a similar capacity at The Glenmede Trust Company where he was a Vice President and Head of Equity Product.

Mr. Merriman currently serves as a board member and is on the Executive Committee of Eastern University. He is also Chairman of their Development Committee. He is an Elder of his church and former President of Trustees and Chair of the Financial and Investment Committees. He is past Chairman and President of the Nantucket Preservation Trust, and formerly served on the board of Planned Lifetime Assistance Network. Professionally, Mr. Merriman is a member of The CFA Institute, The Association for Investment Management and Research, and The Philadelphia Securities Association.


Willard WoolbertWillard N. Woolbert

Mr. Woolbert is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Pennsylvania Trust, with responsibility for overseeing investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Mr. Woolbert has over 30 years of experience in money management, having begun his career as a securities analyst at Girard Bank (now Bank of NY Mellon) in 1973.  He also served as the Senior Investment Officer at The Bryn Mawr Trust Company and Chief Investment Officer at Industrial Valley Bank.  Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust in 1998, he spent eight years as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at PNC Bank managing foundation and endowment portfolios.

Previously, Mr. Woolbert served on the Executive and Investment Committees of the Church Foundation. He currently serves on the Finance and Endowment Committees.  Professionally, he is a member of The CFA Institute and The CFA Society of Philadelphia.


Pierce ArcherPierce Archer

Mr. Archer is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. His principal responsibilities are as a portfolio manager and as a member of the investment team that develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Mr. Archer brings over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry where he has been responsible for the management of equity and fixed income portfolios for individual clients and institutions.

Previously he was with U.S. Trust Co. where he was a managing director and responsible for managing over $400 million for the firm’s private clients. Additionally, he participated in the regional equity research and stock selection process and oversaw the purchase of tax exempt municipal bonds for the firm’s clients.

Prior to U.S. Trust Co., Mr. Archer was a co-founder and managing director of Radnor Capital Management, which was merged into U.S. Trust Co. Radnor Capital Management managed over $1 billion for individuals, families, charities and institutions. Before co-founding
Radnor Capital Management, he was Vice President and Portfolio  Manager for the Investment Advisory Department of W.H. Newbold’s Son & Co. Inc.

Mr. Archer has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and committees. He is a member of Association for Investment Management and Research, and The CFA Society of Philadelphia.


Nils BerglundNils L. Berglund

Mr. Berglund is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. His principal responsibilities are as a portfolio manager and as a member of the investment team that develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Mr. Berglund began his investment management career in 1975 as a registered representative. In 1977, he joined Girard Bank's (now Bank of NY Mellon) Trust Department where he served as an equity trader, an investment advisor to outside trust departments and a senior investment officer and portfolio manager. Mr. Berglund subsequently worked at Janney Montgomery Scott and then at Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo) where he was an Assistant Vice President in the Special Accounts Group and co-manager of the firm's Special Equity Fund.

Mr. Berglund serves on the boards of the ZPT Foundation, Inc., and the Tredyffrin Township Library Foundation and is past president of both. He is active in his church, having served as both Elder and Deacon and taught Sunday School for many years. Mr. Berglund has been active in youth soccer, coaching his three children, serving for many years on the local soccer club board and for two years as President of the high school’s soccer booster club. Mr. Berglund has served as a member on the Executive Committee of Lafayette College's Alumni Association and as past President of its Philadelphia and Jersey Shore Alumni Associations.

Mr. DeLong is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. His principal responsibilities are portfolio management and investment research. As a member of the investment team, he develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Mr. DeLong has over 14 years of experience in the investment industry, including portfolio management for individuals and families as well as equity research. He was previously with Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney where he spent over 10 years most recently as a Vice President of Wealth Management.

Mr. DeLong serves as an Elder in his church and the community as a volunteer for a number of organizations. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of The CFA Institute and The Financial Analysts of Philadelphia.


Frederic DittmannFrederic N. Dittmann, CFA

Mr. Dittmann is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. His responsibilities are as a portfolio manager and as a member of the investment team that develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection. Mr. Dittmann leads the firm's analysis in health care and real estate investment trusts. Mr. Dittmann has over 35 years of experience in the investment management industry including the management of trust accounts, family relationships, endowments and foundations. 

He previously was a director and portfolio manager at 1838 Investment Advisors and its predecessor, Drexel Burnham Lambert Investment Advisors, firms he served for over 25 years. At 1838 he managed portfolios for individuals and families and also participated in the investment selection process. Previous to his tenure at 1838 he was a portfolio manager in the Trust and Investment Division of U.S. Trust in New York.

Mr. Dittmann attended both the Graduate Business School of New York University and the New York Institute of Finance. He has served on the board and various committees of The Academy of Vocal Arts for over 25 years, and chairs the Finance Committee of the Society of the Episcopal Church for the Advancement of Christianity in Pennsylvania. He manages the endowment of the Alumni Board of Managers of the Episcopal Academy.

Ms. Fredericks is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. Her responsibilities are as a portfolio manager and as a member of the investment team that develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Ms. Fredericks has over 30 years of experience in many aspects of personal trust and investment management. As Senior Vice President at First Investment Advisors, a division of First Union (now Wells Fargo), she headed the Family Office Investment Department. Ms. Fredericks was personally responsible for the management of $800 million of discretionary and non-discretionary assets and served as a member of the Equity Process and Regional Stock Selection Committees. At CoreStates Investment Advisers she was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Family Wealth Unit and served on the Investment Policy, Portfolio Review and Equity Committees. Prior to the formation of CoreStates Investment Advisers, Ms. Fredericks headed Personal Trust Investments at Philadelphia National Bank and earlier served as Director of Research there.

Ms. Fredericks is a member of the board of The Coriell Institute for Medical Research, The Inglis Foundation and Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals. She also serves as a member of the Investment Committee for the Chi Omega Foundation. Professionally, she is a member of The CFA Institute and The CFA Society of Philadelphia.


Charles L. Sheppard, II

Mr. Sheppard is Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Research of Pennsylvania Trust. His principal responsibilities are investment research and portfolio management. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee that develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Mr. Sheppard has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, and has held a variety of positions at firms serving both institutional and private clients. He was previously with NorthStar Asset Management, a wealth management company serving individuals, families, endowments and foundations, where he was responsible for portfolio management, equity strategy and research. Prior to NorthStar, Mr. Sheppard was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was responsible for equity sales and trading for middle market accounts in the Mid Atlantic Region. Before joining Credit Suisse First Boston he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown where he headed the Philadelphia Institutional Sales Office.

Mr. Sheppard serves on a number of not-for-profit boards and committees. He is President of the Highlands Historical Society and is a founder of the Whitemarsh Township Residents Association.


Adam RogersAdam T. Rogers

Mr. Rogers is an Investment Officer for Pennsylvania Trust. His principal responsibilities are investment research and portfolio management. He is a member of the investment team that develops and implements investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Mr. Roger’s community involvement includes serving the homeless of Philadelphia through Youth Against Complacency and Homeless Today, and participated as a student volunteer for West Philadelphia Alliance for Children which provides business skill training to low income school districts in Philadelphia. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Friends of the Library at Eastern University. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Friends of the Library at Eastern University and sits on the Eastern Cup Committee. He is also actively involved as a youth leader at his church.


Newbold Strong
Mr. Strong is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. He assists the company in various client investment matters.

Previously, Mr. Strong was a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney where he had been at the firm and its predecessors for almost 43 years. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney, he was a general partner in the investment firm of DeHaven & Townsend, Crouter & Bodine.

Mr. Strong attended Princeton University and was a First Lieutenant with the 166th Field Artillery Battalion. He has served on a number of civic and corporate boards as well as contributing board service to a variety of nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Currently, Mr. Strong serves as a trustee of Coriell Institute, Philadelphia Scholars, and Trustee Emeritus of the Christ Church Preservation Trust. He is also a director of Limekiln Golf Club. He formerly served as a trustee of Springside School as well as the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club. He was a former director of Colorcon, Inc., Sentinal Alarm, The Chestnut Hill Community Association and The Chestnut Hill Local.

Mr. McFarland is Executive Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust and Director of Trust and Account Administration. His responsibilities include overseeing the administration of the company's trusts, estates, guardianships, and investment advisory accounts. In addition, he is a portfolio manager where his duties include investment management and the administration of investment policy, strategy and security selection.

Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust in 1998, he worked as a trial attorney for 14 years at several prominent Philadelphia area law firms including Saul Ewing and High, Swartz, Roberts & Seidel where he headed the firm’s personal injury group.

Currently, Mr. McFarland is President of the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church Foundation, and is a member of its Investment Committee. Additionally, Mr. McFarland serves on the Board of Trustees of the St. Andrews Society of Philadelphia Foundation where he is Chairman of its Scholarship Committee. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of the Haverford School.

Mr. McFarland served on the Board of Trustees of the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church. He was a member of the Board of The Bryn Mawr Hospital Foundation and was Chairman for three years. He is a past Vice President and Director of The Timothy School, a local school serving the needs of children with autism and pervasive developmental disorders. He also is a past member of the Leadership Council of The Haverford School.

Mr. McFarland is a member of the Philadelphia Securities Association and Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.


Leslie Gillin Bohner, Esq.

Ms. Bohner is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust and Chief Fiduciary Officer. Her primary responsibilities involve oversight and guidance of the company’s trust, estate and guardianship accounts, as well as estate planning.

Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, Ms. Bohner spent 16 years at the firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP where her practice encompassed estate planning and administration, litigation of estate and trust related disputes and counseling of fiduciaries in the areas of trust and estate administration. Most recently, Ms. Bohner served as Director of Legacy Planning at SEI Investments
Corporation, providing estate planning and philanthropy advice to ultra high net worth clients.

Ms. Bohner serves on the Grant Writing Committee of her children’s school, has been active as a youth lacrosse coach and volunteers for a number of organizations. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Probate and Trust Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia and Delaware County Estate Planning Councils.

Mr. Johnson is Senior Vice President at Pennsylvania Trust and head of the Special Needs Unit. He administers estate, trust, and guardianship accounts, with a focus on special needs individuals. His responsibilities also include estate and financial planning.

Mr. Johnson joined Pennsylvania Trust after spending seven years at the suburban Philadelphia boutique trust and estate firm, Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, P.C. where his practice encompassed special needs trust and guardianship planning; estate planning for high-net-worth individuals; trust and estate administration; fiduciary litigation involving trust and estate related disputes, and counseling fiduciaries in the area of special needs trust and guardianship administration. He also performed similar duties for three years at the Seattle-based law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP.

In addition to volunteering for several nonprofit organizations in the greater Philadelphia area, Mr. Johnson serves on the Planned Giving Committees of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Orchestra. He is both a member of the Executive Committee and the Secretary of the Rules and Practice Committee of the Probate and Trust Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Washington State.

Mr. Love has over 40 years experience in fiduciary administration. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, he served as Vice President and Chief Fiduciary Officer for CoreStates Bank (now Wells Fargo) and was responsible for all fiduciary aspects of family wealth and private client management.

He is a former member and past President of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Corporate Fiduciaries Association, a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and its Probate and Trust Section, having served on the Section’s Executive Committee.


Jeanne M. Stagloff

Ms. Stagloff is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. Her principal responsibilities include the preparation of individual, fiduciary and private foundation tax returns.

Ms. Stagloff has over 30 years of tax experience with various accounting and law firms. Prior to coming to Pennsylvania Trust, she was a Senior Tax Accountant for Pepper Hamilton, LLP, Philadelphia.

Ms. Stagloff currently serves on the board of The Bethesda Project, a public charity for the homeless in Philadelphia. She is an enrolled agent licensed to practice before the IRS and a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Pennsylvania Society of Enrolled Agents. She has served on the Great Valley Citizens Local Tax Study Commission and has provided pro-bono tax work for A Spring of Hope, a nonprofit organization which builds wells and clinics in rural South African schools.

Mr. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in fiduciary tax preparation. Prior to coming to Pennsylvania Trust, he served as Senior Vice President for Bryn Mawr Trust Company where he spent the last 20 years managing the Tax Department. For several years, Mr. Thomas served as a Tax Manager for Planning and Fiduciary Services at Wilmington Trust Company.

Currently, Mr. Thomas is on the board of Hayes Manor Retirement Community in Philadelphia. He is past President of the Bank and Trust Tax Association and also served on the board of the Avon Grove School District. Mr. Thomas has lectured and published articles on tax planning and compliance.

Mr. Vastine is Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust.  His primary responsibilities include trust, estate and account administration.

Mr. Vastine has over 20 years of trust and estate administration experience. Prior to coming to Pennsylvania Trust, he served as Executive Vice President for Davidson Trust Company where he was responsible for the delivery of wealth advisory services to investment and fiduciary accounts.  He also provided financial and estate planning for individual clients in partnership with client advisors. Additionally, he led the company’s IRA activities.

Prior to joining Davidson, Mr. Vastine was an estate and trust administrator at Dechert Price & Rhoads. Previously he was a senior officer for Metrocare Equipment Company.

Mr. Vastine is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Personal Trust Services Committee of the Corporate Fiduciaries Association of Philadelphia.


Sheila Gibson

Ms. Gibson is a Vice President at Pennsylvania Trust. Her primary responsibilities include the administration of special needs trusts and guardianship accounts for minors and incapacitated persons.

Ms. Gibson comes to Pennsylvania Trust from PNC's Wealth Management group as a Vice President where she was employed for over 9 years as a special needs trust and guardianship advisor. She also managed revocable and irrevocable trusts, estates, IRA and investment management relationships.

Prior to time spent at PNC Bank, Ms. Gibson served for 15 years at Wachovia Bank, now Wells Fargo, in their trust department, where she managed special needs trusts, guardianship accounts, estates, IRA and investment management accounts.


Debra TongueDebra S. Tongue

Ms. Tongue is Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. She administers trust, estate and guardianship accounts.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tongue served as a Senior Trust Officer for Davidson Trust Company in suburban Philadelphia and as a trust officer at Wachovia Bank, N.A. (now Wells Fargo) in their Administrative Support Unit. Ms. Tongue also had a twenty-four year career at PNC Bank in their Trust Real Estate Department.

Ms. Tongue is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. She is currently enrolled in a study program to become a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in soup kitchens to help the homeless.

Mr. Haines is Senior Vice President and Director of Client Services for Pennsylvania Trust. His responsibilities include directing the firm’s sales, marketing, and client facing activities.

Mr. Haines brings over 35 years of financial services industry experience both as a consultant to the industry and as a principal for an investment organization. Before joining Pennsylvania Trust, he was a managing director for FMS Group, a global sales and marketing organization operating exclusively in the financial services industry with expertise in the investment management and wealth management segments. Prior to consulting to the industry, he was a managing director and member of the Executive Committee of W.H. Newbold's Son & Co. Inc., a regional full service investment company.

Mr. Haines currently chairs the board of Historic Philadelphia, Inc. and is a member of Peter’s Place and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council boards. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Board of Turning Points for Children, the Planned Giving Councils of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Abington Memorial Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Zoo. He is a member of the Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia and the Chester County Estate Planning Council. He has served on the boards of Chestnut Hill Academy and Germantown Hospital.


Mike ThompsonRadclyffe F. “Mike” Thompson

Mr. Thompson is Senior Vice President, Business Development of Pennsylvania Trust, specializing in trust sales.

He has over 28 years of experience in new business development and estate planning at Pennsylvania Trust and in the trust divisions of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company and Provident National Bank.

A Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Thompson is on the board of the Presser Foundation, The Bruce Montgomery Foundation for the Arts, The Singing City Choir and Saunders House/Bryn Mawr Terrace Nursing Homes where he is Vice Chairman. He is also a board member and treasurer of The Free Quaker Society and is on the Stewardship and Finance Committees for the Church of the Redeemer, Bryn Mawr. He is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Greater Philadelphia. 

Mr. Thompson served as an officer in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star medal.

Mr. Anderson is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Pennsylvania Trust. He is responsible for the systems and software on the company’s IT network and manages the company’s core operations.

He is a member of the Investment Committee responsible for security analysis and recommendations as well as investment performance analysis.

Mr. Anderson has over 15 years of investment experience, having begun his investment career at independence Capital Management, Inc. While at Independence Capital, Mr. Anderson assumed responsibility for the statistical analysis of investment portfolios and the stock selection universe. In 1991, Mr. Anderson joined the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company where he served as a Senior Investment Consultant and also a Vice President of the Penn Series Funds, Inc.

Mr. Anderson earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002 and is a member of The CFA Institute and The CFA Society of Philadelphia.


Kenneth BrightcliffeKenneth R. Brightcliffe

Mr. Brightcliffe is Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. His primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of equity and bond trading, including operational interfaces with various custodian organizations.

Mr. Brightcliffe was previously employed by The Glenmede Trust Company in its Equity Operations Department. With 25 years of experience, he is familiar with all aspects of custodian bank operations.


Karen HarrKaren H. Harr

Mrs. Harr is Vice President of Pennsylvania Trust. Her primary responsibility is assisting the Operations Department. She also provides support to the Tax Department along with the administration of trusts, estates, and investment advisory accounts.

Mrs. Harr began her career as a client service manager for SEI Corporation. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, she worked for The Main Line Trust Company for 18 years in the areas of trust administration, taxes, and
operations.


Monica RuggioMonica P. Ruggio

Mrs. Ruggio is Vice President for Pennsylvania Trust. She has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Her primary responsibility is to manage the trust operations of Pennsylvania Trust with the sub-custodian and to oversee the orderly flow of information to clients.

Mrs. Ruggio was previously employed at the University of Pennsylvania where she worked with alumni and brokerage firms to organize gifts of stock.

Barbara WoodBarbara S. Wood, CPA

Mrs. Wood is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pennsylvania Trust.

Mrs. Wood has over 35 years of financial accounting experience, having begun her career at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in 1974, where she was a manager in the Philadelphia office and handled a wide variety of auditing engagements. From 1985 through 1989, Mrs. Wood was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Meritor Group Investments Corporation as well as treasurer of its family of mutual funds. In addition to serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pennsylvania Trust since 1991, she also held a variety of positions with Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company affiliates from 1989 through 2009 including Chief Compliance Officer of the mutual fund family supporting the variable life and annuity products; Chief Financial Officer of the broker-dealer affiliate and Chief Financial and Compliance Officer of the SEC-registered investment adviser affiliate of Penn Mutual.

Kevin R. Fisher

Mr. Fisher is Senior Technology Consultant for Pennsylvania Trust supporting the Technology function since 1990. He has over 30 years of information systems experience in the financial services community.

Mr. Fisher's technical background and work experience include a variety of technical lead, project management and IT consultant positions in the Delaware Valley.


Francis R. Grebe, Esq.

Mr. Grebe is Fiduciary Consultant for Pennsylvania Trust. He assists the company in various client administration matters.

Previously, Mr. Grebe was Senior Vice President at Pennsylvania Trust. He has over 50 years of experience in estate and financial planning with major trust companies in Chicago, Rochester, New York City and Philadelphia.

Mr. Grebe is a director of The Athenaeum of Philadelphia, Family Services of Montgomery County, PA, and Associated Services for the Blind in Philadelphia. He is also a trustee of The Guthrie Healthcare System in Sayre, PA, where he is Chairman of the Board. Mr. Grebe is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Illinois and New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Committees.


Jean E. Hunt, Esq., CPA

Ms. Hunt is Senior Trust and Tax Consultant for Pennsylvania Trust.  She assists the company in trust account administration and tax and estate planning matters.

Previously, Ms. Hunt was Senior Vice President at Pennsylvania Trust. Prior to joining the company in 2002, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for The Main Line Trust Company in suburban Philadelphia.  She has worked as the tax manager for planning and fiduciary services at Elko, Fischer, McCabe & Rudman, LTD, a regional accounting firm.  While practicing law, she served as a consultant for tax and estate planning courses at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Hunt is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.  She serves on the investment committee of the Presbytery of Philadelphia and Senior Adult Council of her church. Ms. Hunt is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania.


Donald E. Lewin

Mr. Lewin is chief principal of Lewin Associates, a management consulting firm, founded in 1975. He provides various statistical analyses regarding quantitative models to assist Pennsylvania Trust’s investment decision processes, particularly in regard to stock selection. He has been retained by Pennsylvania Trust as a consultant since 1988.

Mr. Lewin has worked for various companies on a wide variety of manufacturing and non-manufacturing problems and/or projects. In the investment industry he functioned as Research Director for Zacks Investment Research and was responsible for various areas including data consistency standards and database management and for the Zacks Indicator.


I. Wistar Morris, III, CFA

Mr. Morris is Senior Investment Consultant for Pennsylvania Trust where he assists the company with various investment matters.

Previously Mr. Morris was a founder and director of Morris Investment Management, which was sold to Pennsylvania Trust in 1997. After the sale he served as a consultant to the company while continuing his analytical work on commodity industries including oil and gas, as well as utilities, banking, and insurance. He most recently was affiliated with Boenning and Scattergood. Mr. Morris started his investment career with Elkins Morris and Stroud and later moved to Hopper Soliday where he was responsible for their investment management business and at the same time ran the Afuture Fund under a sub advisory agreement.

Mr. Morris serves as trustee for the Lankenau Foundation, the Lankenau Institute of Medical Research, Mt. Desert Island Biological Laboratory and the Academy of Natural Sciences. He also serves as a director for Cempra Pharmaceuticals and Immunome, bio-tech drug development companies. Over the past 40 years, Mr. Morris has served as a director for five public companies and eight non-profit organizations. He is the founder and co-trustee of the Cotswold Foundation and also the author of the privately published "Adventures in Investing."
