Aaron H. Fox, Esq., assumed the position of Chair of the 550-member Probate & Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, effective January 2016. Mr. Fox previously served as Secretary, Vice Chair, and Chair-Elect of the Section. He will hold the position of Chair for the calendar year 2016.
The purpose of the Probate & Trust Law Section is to provide professional education materials on substantive and procedural aspects of the law, to inform the public with respect to matters affecting the field of probate and trust, and to cooperate with judicial, legislative, and administrative bodies.
As Chair, Mr. Fox presides over all Section meetings, appoints the Sub-Committee chairs, and organizes and oversees the activities of the Section with the assistance of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Fox is currently a Senior Vice President in Trust and Account Administration at Pennsylvania Trust Company in Radnor where he has worked since 2011.
He is a graduate of Rutgers University, and he received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1998. He also earned a Certificate in Estate Planning from Temple University’s School of Law.
