Terry Colleran is Senior Vice President, Special Needs Trusts and Guardianships at Pennsylvania Trust. In this role, Ms. Colleran administers trust and guardianship accounts, primarily on behalf of injured and disabled beneficiaries.
Ms. Colleran has over 25 years of experience advocating for injured individuals and those with special needs. Before joining Pennsylvania Trust, she worked as an attorney at The Colleran Firm, representing victims of negligence in complex personal injury litigation, principally medical malpractice. She also oversaw the firm’s lien compliance and advised clients concerning benefits preservation and the selection of appropriate fiduciary mechanisms post-recovery.
Prior to her tenure at The Colleran Firm, Ms. Colleran worked at The Beasley Firm, and also served as a federal law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
